Problems logging in to www.routerlogin.net on Arris TM822A
My friend is trying to set up port forwarding on his network to run a Minecraft server, but when he goes to routerlogin.net, none of the logins will work. We tried admin/admin, admin/password, and many others, but every time he clicked the login button, it just refreshed the screen. We even factory reset the router and tried admin/admin for the login, and it didn't work. We tried using the serial number the recover the password, but it told us that it could not find the router. Help!

A few days after the first post, we realized that there were two different reset buttons on the router and other thing, and the other reset button successfully reset the login information.

That's a modem, not made by Netgear. Look for the router.

None that he tried, perhaps.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Types of logins" and "reset".
