I have comcast 150Mbps service. In 2.4 I get 50 Mbps and in 5.0 i get 150 Mbps. Is this normal or is there a way to get 150 Mbps in 2.4 also?

Yeah, that's normal. 2.4GHz is slower than 5GHz. But 2.4GHz has better range.

Re: R6250 Internet speed
Not just normal. The whole point of 5 GHz. It is designed to be faster.
