tftpd64 tool?

do you mean tftp? https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP

make sure you enable it in windows 10 if thats what you use.

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10

What errors did you get? TFTP is pretty specific to even capitalization/spacing needs to be correct. Did you follow it exactly?

there's also the option of nmrpflash

https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflash

Current Setup: CM2000-> RBK750-> GS716v2-> RAXE500-> Pi-hole->

   If it's actually "impossible", then you might as well quit now.

   If, on the other hand, you provide an actual problem description,
instead of only your conclusion, then some progress might be possible.

   "crashed" or "impossible" is not a useful problem description.  It
does not say what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did
it.  As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual
results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than
vague descriptions or interpretations.

   Many people have reported better results using the command-line TFTP
client program which comes with their OS -- What's yours? -- than any
third-party add-on program.  Better error messages, at least.  See, for
example:
