Hi @Srminnehan,
1. Are you are referring to the Internet light (planet symbol)?
2. Please try using another Ethernet cable to connect the router to the modem.
3. Please make sure that both ends of the cable are properly connected.
4. You can also try doing a loop back test to check if the WAN port on the router is working. Check the link below for the steps.
