R6400 in bridge mode

My R6400 is not communicating with the "little black box" of our internet provider... rise broadband. And the second light from the left is not lighting up. I first thought it was a problem with rise but everything was working fine on their end and they believe the problem is my router went into "bridge mode." So what can I do to fix that?

Re: R6400 in bridge mode

Hi @Srminnehan,

1. Are you are referring to the Internet light (planet symbol)?

2. Please try using another Ethernet cable to connect the router to the modem.

3. Please make sure that both ends of the cable are properly connected.

4. You can also try doing a loop back test to check if the WAN port on the router is working. Check the link below for the steps.
