Which model is it?  Firmware version?  To what is it connected?

"Can't" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

In-line images in these forums must wait for moderator approval, so I
can't see yours yet.  (An attached file incurs no such delay.)  Some
little description would be nice, even if the picture were visible.

What are "all these features"?  Is your R6400[V2](?) configured as a
wireless access point?  Many router functions, including port
forwarding, are disabled in WAP mode:

If you have some other (unspecified) router between the
R6400[V2](?)-as-WAP and your ISP, then that would be where you'd need to
configure port forwarding.

In the Advanced Setup tab, I try to click Port Forwarding / Port Triggering and nothing happens. The option also as grey as well as VPN Service, Static Routes, Remote management, UPnP, IPv6, Traffic Meter, and VLAN / Bridge Settings. But Wireless Settings, Wireless AP, Dynamic DNS, USB Settings and LED Control Settings appear as black and they all work fine when I click on them. So what in asking is how to get all the grey options appear as black and be able to open them?

What's the point of doing port forwarding - on a router configured as a wireless access point?
