R6400v2 & TL-SG108E VLANs Routing

In my LAN I have a TL-SG108E managed switch with two networks of systems - let's call it VLAN1 and VLAN2. VLAN1 is in 192.168.0.x, and VLAN2 is in 192.168.1.x
The LAN router is in 192.168.0.x.
The TL-SG108E and the R6400v2 (I think) both support tagged or trunked ports for one wire interconnection.
Assuming the above is possible my next question is how the routing of the two VLANs can be managed by the R6400v2.
I would like VLAN1 to be routed (part of) the 192.168.0.x LAN network.
Access to VLAN 2 needs to be restricted to one or two servers in the LAN and systems in VLAN2 will not have WAN access.
I have some networking experience but this at the moment is over my head.
Advice will be appreciated.

I am converting my router to DD-WRT and found that it has VLAN support that should be able to do most of what I need.
