RBR20 - New Firmware Never Available - until you manually update

I regularly go into the local admin web interface and the mobile app to check for updates for my RBR20 and the satellites but it ALWAYS returns a "no firmware available" result.  BUT... quite often, when I go to support website, there is an update.  

Is anyone else running into this?  Where you able to fix?
Is there a URL issue with where the device is checking?

Is there a certificate issue?

Just want this thing to know it should update without me having to go to the support site.

I think netgear releases to the site first and leaves it for a bit before pushing it to the automated servers. Basically it lets the early adapters try it out and if there's issues they can pull the firmware before effecting everyone.
