Cannot login to orbi app, will not accept password. When I use forgot password, it takes me to a non secure website with a safari error 401, but there is a box to get my serial #. I have gone thru the process of giving a new password and security questions and it says OK, but the new password is not accepted by orbi app. Using mac mini 2014, Big Sur 11.2.1 and safari. Also using keeper password manager to generate passwords.Yesterday I was able to get to the device interface and change the device password and download firmware. I believe I used the 192.168.1.1 address to get there. today it says unsecure site.

I know nothing about the app.

It's common to get complaints from a modern web browser when you use
the router's management web site, because the browser is worried about
your sending some user credentials over an unencrypted/insecure link
("http://" instead of "https://"). The easy thing to do is ignore the
warning, and proceed. Presumably, you're talking to your own gizmo on
your own LAN. If someone can overlisten to that local traffic, then
you're already in big trouble.
