I purchased Armor for my Orbi router on 12/19/20. I have been unable to install it on the router. I have spent at least 8 hours on various phone calls to Netgear support. I have five different case numbers, most closed, then a new one opened up. I have reset the modem to factory default numerous times, made sure the newest firmware installed, removed the Orbi app from my phone, reinstalled multiple times, yet - no chance of installing. When I go to the Orbi app to install Armor, it says not Activated - do you want a trial??? When I log into Netgear.com I see that I have an Armor subscription for my router. This is ridiculous.
