I have multiple computers connected to my router. I can get to the \\readyshare drive from all wired computers, but I have an HP laptop that can get to the internet and I can run Netgenie from this laptop and it can see the readyshare drive via Netgenie. But I cannot see the \\readyshare drive when I try to access it. I see the gateway and the ReadyshareDLNA but not the drive. I checked the solution listed for this problem on other posts, but that is not working for me. Is it a compatibility problem with the HP laptop or is it some other setting I am missing.
