RN422 refuses domain account credentials from windows backup
First off, PLEASE create a forum for ReadyNAS users!
Problem: I've set up ReadyNAS to accept Windows domain users and can see the shares from any Windows machine (7, 8.1, 10) just fine. I can browse and copy files and save files just fine.
The problem is with Windows backup program (still called Windows Backup 7 - even on Win10 - one day MS will write a backup program for Windows 8 and up). You can browse just fine to the backup location, however, no matter what credentials are entered, you get "The user name or password is incorrect. (0x8007052E)" error message. This happens on every machine. This worked just fine on the Seagate NAS we've replaced, so it's not a domain accounts issue that I can tell (Windows Server 2008 R2),
Since ReadyNAS OS is not compatible with Windows backup program, does someone know of a backup program that IS compatible?

Choose whichever of the eight ReadyNAS forums seems appropriate.
