ReadyShare Cloud won't work remotely

I have set up ReadySHARE Cloud using an approved external drive on my WNDR4500. I installed the Mac ReadySHARE Cloud client, and on my home network, it works fine. But when I try to see the share from the internet, the ReadySHARE Cloud Shares folder shows up in my Finder, but nothing ever appears.

When I log onto the router and go to ReadySHARE (Basic Settings), the external drive shows up, with all the stats correct. But when I choose ReadySHARE Cloud, I get directed to the setup screen as though I'm starting over.

I'm using a MacBook Pro running Mavericks. The ReadySHARE Cloud client version is 1.0.32. Port forwarding is not enabled but Port 6300 is grayed out. Should I enable that? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Where did u get the ReadySHARE Cloud client ? I can't found it.
