Readynas Ultra 4 Plus no valid volume exists

I had a disk failiure on drive 3 which then rebuilt. Then I had a disk failure on drive 2 and my volumes are gone. I got another replacement, but something is not right and the array won't autobuild.

I noticed that when I saw the degrarded arround and volumes were not working I rebooted the array. Drive 3 seems to live and active, but it still can't see the old volume and won't rebuild.

I ran the following and got:

storage:/# mdadm --assemble --scan
mdadm: /dev/md/E091F58B67DA:2 assembled from 2 drives and 1 spare - not enough to start the array.

I have 4 2TB drives.

Live dmesg I see:

md/raid:md1: raid level 6 active with 4 out of 4 devices, algorithm 2
RAID conf printout:
--- level:6 rd:4 wd:4
disk 0, o:1, dev:sda2
disk 1, o:1, dev:sdd2
disk 2, o:1, dev:sdc2
disk 3, o:1, dev:sdb2
md1: detected capacity change from 0 to 1073610752
md1: unknown partition table
md: bind<sdd5>
md: bind<sdc5>
md: bind<sda5>
md: md2 stopped.

md: export_rdev(sda5)
md: unbind<sdc5>
md: export_rdev(sdc5)

I have not kicked off any new processes or anything, but I did slide the new drive in and it was checked and passed, but no rebuild or anything. I have years of data on there and I would like to try and get it back.

If anyone has any suggestions or would like any info to help suggest a few things please let me know. If anyone thinks I should STOP and contact Netgear support please let me know.

Nothing to do with routers. (See section heading.)
