Relocated Router and Modem, not able to connect to certain devices

I had to get rid of the computer that my router was connected to. When I moved the Internet modem and the router, it worked on my cell phone but not on the computers connected with USB Internet adapters. What could be the issue?

Can those effected even see the SSID?
