75mb Comcast service connected to a Arris Surfboard 6021 Docsis 3.0 modem connected to R6250 running firmware Version 1.0.4.8.
I'm getting 87mb down direct from the modem and ~35mb down when going thru the router.
Reset, defaulted, I didn't look specifically but I don't recall QoS being setup nor do i think its on by default. Tested against sevral speet test sites to get an average.

Re: Slow wired internet speed
Unfortunately I as out of town for two weeks (not the unfortunate part) and just before I left, the user replaced the router with a newer one which resolved their speed issue. No further testing is possible (the unfortunate part).
