Static IPs on a WNDR3700v2

Let me start with saying that I am not an IT professional, I specialize in structured cabling but end up getting basic IT work. I have a customer that has static public IPs and a WNDR3700v2. Can I point specific public IPs at specific boxes or should I use port forwarding? The applications are RDP and an NVR camera recorder in this location.

Is there a router I can get that will give me access to all 5 IPs I have assigned?
