Time for the ubiquitous factory reset - not sure this can resolve this issue. Is the router still under warranty?

With the link LED coming up on the suggested loopback-test, but not when connecting your computer the suspicion is that the computer network adapter is disabled or some power settings prevent enabling it so the Ethernet can't be enabled.

Thanks for replying.
I forgot to add information in the original post that no other computers gets connection through the LAN ports either.
The NIC's on the computers are enabled and do not have power settings enabled.

Re: Unable to activate LAN ports (Link down) Firmware: V1.1.0.100_1.0.1
I did a backup of the router configuration, performed a factory reset and loaded the old configuration.
The LAN ports are now active when connecting ethernet cables. Thanks.
