Unable to add custom port forwarding service

See screenshots below. I am unable to add port 5060, because there is a port-conflict with another service

Solution that worked for me: Remove all port-forwarding-rules, set 5060 first and then the others

What browser are you using? 

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch. Be sure to not enable any security or access controls.
