Update to the Latest Firmware AC1200 EX6200 dela band

How can I Update to the Latest Firmware? I follow all the complex directions online but nothing works so for 2 years I cannot accomplish this. Frustrated & not willing to buy another new Netgear with non-existent tech help.

Version 1.0.1.72; New Version 1.0.1.74. Model: EX6200 v2. Default IP Address: 192.168.1.250 (Gateway IP: 192.168.1.249  Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

I am updating manually, but it won't allow me to access the link no matter what I do. Nothing works and Netgear won't help without me buying a service plan. (Chrome)

You're not describing very well where in the process its failing.
