I need to set up my 3700v3 as an access point. I see several youtube videos... but not specific for this model and they suggest different things. Please HELP!

disable dhcp on it on the wan, and change the IP to something like 192.168.1.253

I saw the link for setting this up in the suggestions for this. It talks about enabling the AP, which I've tried. Then I'm told I need to change IP addresses. I tried that and scrambled everything to the extent I couldn't get back in... then had to reset and start over. HELP!
