VPN for specific connections
Hi,
This is one for anyone who knows about VPNs and Sky. I live in Spain and use a Spanish ISP. A couple of days ago I was able to use the Sky Anytime+ service via my Sky Box, which was connected (via a netgear wifi-ethernet adaptor). Today this does not work. I tried connecting the Sky box to the router with an ethernet cable and it still does not work. My guess is that Sky have noticed that IPs from outside the UK are connecting and have (understandably) filtered them out.
My question is whether it is possible to set up a VPN connection through the router to a UK server and direct all the traffic for a specific network connection through that, while allowing everything else (all the other connected devices) to use the "normal"/non-VPN connection?
Apologies for the long-winded post. Any ideas would be appreciated. If it is possible then advice on what to do would be fantastic!
