I am unable to access AppleTV and only AppleTV on ROKU, I get the message:
Video Not Avialable
There is a problem loading this video.
If this continues, check your internet connection.
The Apple community responded:
The app seems to have trouble communicating with remote servers. Something that doesn’t happen for everyone with Roku. The issue is likely local to your configuration.

You have the C6250?
you can change your DNS server.
Try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1
