WNDR3400v2 (N600) not allowing access

I had a brief power outage the other day and now I cannot connect any wireless devices to the wireless router. It is not the device because my backup wireless router works fine.

On the available network list, my Netgear router shows up right above my backup so it is broadcasting a signal and the strength is good enough to get access as I normally would.

I have rebooted the router, rolled back the firmware, turned security down to "none" and still can't get any devices signed in to the Netgear router.

Obviously frustrating - what am I missing on the diagnosis/solution?

Thanks for the tip. Worked fine. I thought I was hard-rebooting but after looking at the directions, figured out that I wasn't doing that.
