WNDR3700v3 not responding

Hi,
I use since 2 and half years a WNDR3700v3 without any problems, since a few days, after one or two hours it stops responding,
All LEDs are lit and show activity, but when trying to connect to the internet from any attached device, the connection attempt runs into a timeout, even trying to connect to another device in the same network fails, even using the IP-addresses.
Trying to acces the route web interface fails in exactly the same way.
Switching the router off and on again, the issue is gone for about one or two hours, then it starts again.
I have no idea what I can do to solve this issue and get my router to work flawlessly again.
Would really appreciate any hint.
Thanks and best regards,

there have been reports where Genie causes some problems too.
if you're all good then no need to reinstall the Genie since it's just a tool.

Re: WNDR3700v3 not responding
Hi,
lLatest firmware is already installed.
Finally it seems the issue was caused by the Netgear Genie, I had installed it on one of the Laptops in the network.
After having deinstaleld it, the issue seem to have disappeared. Strange tha the issue did not araise earlier as the Netgear Genie was already installed on that laptop since I installed the router in my network. Maybe some incompatibility with the latest firmware.
