I have a WNDR4000 that I use currently and an old WGR614 v7 that I want to use as a repeater for the far end of my house, There aren't any other places for me to move my modem and I don't have cabling installed. How would I do this?

The WGR614 does not appear to be capable of functioning as a repeater. Even if it could, it would probably be very slow. Functioning as a router, it can, at best, do about 21 Mbps of throughput. As a repeater, this would drop by 50% minimum. You would be better off buying a newer repeater.
