WNDR4500 Cannot connect to network USB drive!
These forums....
The WNDR4500 has always been flakey, with features turning off at random.
Windows 7, Windows 10 systems
Access to the USB drive connected to the router has just vanished. READYDLNA: WNDR4500 is listed under Media Devices? If I access the network via Windows Explorer and select READYDLNA: WNDR4500, Windows Media player launches and attempts to force installation. Seriously, what is going on with this equipment?
No one in the house can connect to the USB drive connected to the rear of the router.
I have connected the drive directly to a computer and it is entirely functional.
Please help me troubleshoot this mess.

What is this USB drive? Is it on Netgear's list of compatible drives?
This list will give you some clues, although it is far from comprehensive:
ReadySHARE USB Drives Compatibility List | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Your subject and message say "WNDR4500" (which comes in three different hardware versions) but your "footer" lists GB111TW|Telewest WG602v3 and WG111 Bundle. Where do they fit into the picture?
Just another user.
