WNDR4500v2 lost Ethernet connectivity

I suddenly lost wired connections with my WNDR4500V2 (firmware updated to V months ago) yesterday. Genie shows no wired connections. All wireless connections are working fine.

I have tried hard reset and then factory default settings reset with no success. Have tried release/renew multiple times on Ethernet adapter but received the following:

An error occurred while renewing interface Local Area Connection : unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has time out.

Anyone have similar problem or have any suggestions? Am I looking at a probable hardware failure related to Ethernet ports in the router?

Re: WNDR4500v2 lost Ethernet connectivity

Sounds like hardware failure . If you can test different wired device and has an issues then likely to be hardware failure since you already reset the unit. Also change ethernet cable to confirm firmly on the issues
