When using Comcast, Linksys CM4032, and WNDR4500V3. Ports for minecraft server do not work. I just updated the router to the most recent firmware (1.0.0.56) and two different port scanner say all ports are closed. Including port 80. Comcast says they do not block ports. Netgear clames there just a passthrough. And accoring to them it a netgear issue. Yes the ports are correct and yes I rebooted it like I tell my uses. any ideas?

What's a "Linksys CM4032"? Some kind of cable modem? (A Google
search finds little/nothing beyond this thread.)
I can't see your port-forwarding rules. Copy+paste is your friend.
I also can't see the LAN IP address of your server system.

"not work" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.
What is the IP address of the WAN/Internet interface on the
WNDR4500v3? Does it match what you're using as your public address?
Can you connect to the server from a system on your LAN when you
specify the LAN IP address of the server? Can you connect to the server
from a system on your LAN when you specify the router's WAN/Internet IP
address?
