WNR2000

Wireless internet worked fine, friend's and family could connect devices. Changed our password and set-up Netgear Genie. Now any laptop or phone that anyone brings to our house, won't connect to the internet. I tried cancelling Netgear Genie and reset the router. Still no success.

Charter Spectrum is my provider, they won't offer help since I purchased my Net Gear router separately. 

It is version 3.

Thanks, I tried those steps and everything is connected, plus I have internet on all of my own wireless devices.  I'm just not sure why others can't seem to get access.  I appreciate your information.

What devices are unable to access? 

Did you try removing it under preferred network or forgetting the network?
