WNR2000v5- No IP Address/ Renew DHCP Lease
Hello! I seem to be having trouble with my WNR2000v5 Router. It has been running smoothly up until last week. Our internet is provided free by Pavlov Media here at my dorm/apartment. It has ben connecting and disconnecting frequently and yesterday it stopped all together connecting. The router has al the green lights on and is showing on my tv, computer, and phone that it is connected and has an "excellent" connection. But yet, it still wont allow me to use the internet. Keeps saying, youre not connected to the internet in my browser. When i go to my advanced wifi settings, it say it has no IP address as well. On my phone, it says "Renew Lease" at the bottom of my wifi screen. I've already clicked on the Renew Lease button on my phone and on my computer. I've restarted my router and rebooted it back to factory settings numerous times. I've contacted Pavlov Media and it says everything is connected on their part. I used to be able to access the netgear genie, but now I can't access it unless i'm connected to the Netgear router, which I cant do because it won't stay connected in the first place. So i'm at a loss for what to do, besides buy a new router. If anyone has any answers, please help. Thank you.

Welcome to the community, @KarlssBarkleyy
I suggest that you try to reflash/reinstall the firmware of the router.
You may download the firmware and follow the instructions here.
After reflash, factory reset the router then reconfigure it manually to get back the internet access.
