WNR3500L to Fortigate Firewall to LAN configs
I am switching over from Verizon DSL with a westel modem/router to Time Warner cable modem with no router capabilities.
Existing Network:
Internet: 71.xx.xx.xxx -> westel 192.168.10.2 -> 192.168.10.3 ->Fortigate Firewall 192.168.1.1 -> 192.169.1.xxx. The gateway on my workstation(s) is 192.168.1.1
I have no nat, dmz nor rip enabled. My firewall is all set up and ready.
I have a WNR3500L and for the life of me cannot get past into or out of the firewall.
I have so far been able to get from the internet to the netgear but cannot get to the firewall. I was able to assign 192.168.10.2 to the netgear then I port forwarded vpn-pptp Internal IP address 192.168.10.3 port 1723.
None of my hardware has dhcp enabled either since I have a dhcp server past the firewall.
Is there anyone who could help? I’m sure it’s something trivial that I am missing.
Thanks!
