Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for your help.
I have a Sony blu-ray player that streams video. All streaming services such as Netflix, Youtube Pandora work great except Amazon streaming video. It works if I connect it straight to cable modem as a wired connection, but when I try wireless or wired thru router the video doesn't start. My dl speed is at least 8Mbps and sometimes 18Mbps. I have roadrunner cable.
Amazon and Sony have not been able to help. Has to be something in the router setting. Help please!
