What is my Netgear WNDR3700 SAR (radiation rate)?
I cannot find any information about this. It's a wireless device, and it must meet some SAR requirements (just like mobile phone)
Microwave prepares a chicken in minutes, its power is hundreds watts, and my Netgear is 6 or 12 watt? This does not looks promising! Its like a chicken in a month or so
I need numbers

You can turn off the wireless at will if you are really anal about the signal.
FCC regulated safe to operate for home end devices but switch turn off meant give you users a choice for security stand point & reduce signal broadcasting
24x7
You can ask support of they ability to go e information you need at my.netgear.com

Maybe this will help?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DBm
The power proved to the router by its PSU, say 12V 0.5 A (6 Watts) is mostly dissipated by the electronic components of the router as heat, and only a very small amount of energy is radiated as the WiFi signal.

I would say that the important thing to do would be to not eat the chicken.
For a number, your about 100% likely to die due to bacteria growth by the time it's done.
If your looking for RF Exposure you could check Public Records.
Sadly it seems to conform to standards, and your fillings are not going to pick up secret Area51 communications.
