Why are the white lights flashing?
I have been having issues losing connection to the internet and the white lights on the router have always flashed, seems sometimes more then other times. What does this mean? From day one they have flashed and everything worked fine, now I am having issues and they still flash. Very frustrating, I have only had this router for 13 months, shouldn't things last longer then a year???

Is that accurate? Look for "Model" on the product label. Firmware
version? Connected to what?

_Which_ "the white lights"? When you do what?
> [...] What does this mean? [...]
Gee. If only there were some kind of documentation on these devices.
But wait!!!
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
Look for the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Further reading might
not hurt, either.
> [...] now I am having issues [...]
Perhaps, for the non-psychics in your audience, you could describe
these "issues"?
> [...] shouldn't things last longer then a year???
Usually. How long was the warranty? Perhaps yours did. Who could
tell?
