Wifi keeps saying limited

I just changed from Windstream to charter. Before when I had Windstream the router was working fine, but when I switched to charter the router kept saying limited access. I got a Netgear WNDR4300. Please help I need the wifi.

What model of modem does Charter provide (manufacturer and model number)? I assume you have had no success in getting an Internet connection? If you log into the WNDR4300 admin pages, and look at the router status, what IP address do you see for the router’s Internet (WAN) connection?

I think the manufacturer is Arris and model number is TM1602. I think the ip is 192.168.1.1

With the Netgear router connected to the Arris modem, you will probably need to reset then modem, and with some Arris devices that can involve removing the battery or there might be a dedicated reset button.
