Win XP Pro & Readyshare

I have been trying to wireless connect to my USB_Storage via my laptop which is running WinXP 32bit. I can see the device in win explorer. When I click on the link, a logon window pops up which requires a User Name & PW. I tried entering "admin" & my router "password". No luck 😞 This window that is popping up is the same window that pops up when connecting to another computer. I tried the readyshare utility and everything else I can think of. I have googled this and searched these forums. I can't find anything to resolve this issue.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Re: Win XP Pro & Readyshare

Have you tried the other techniques for accessing the share via the browser? My drive is not up right now, but I think under advanced settings (where you select the services allowed to access the drive) you will see the link.

It is possible that XP has a problem with shared resources like this.
