ac600 slow speed

I'm getting very slow speeds on my send area for wifi, my receive gets okay speeds. What's wrong?
Model: A6100|WiFi USB Mini Adapter

In both you were also posting in the router section about a wireless usb adapter. Not the proper forum either.
