disable wifi on at&t

disable wifi on at&t

trying to disable wifi on at&t gateway. follow directions but never get to at&t login as shown on netgear instructions so i can't go any further 

any suggestions

   When you do what?  Now that we know what does _not_ happen, perhaps
you might reveal what _does_ happen?

   A less useless problem description might help.  The non-psychics in
your audience can't see your equipment, how it's connected, what you're
doing, or what happens when you do it.

   Is that device involved in some way?  What are your devices?
(Firmware versions?)  How are they connected?  (Hint: If a device has
multiple Ethernet ports, then "connected to device" is not enough
detail.)

 

   What are you trying to do?  Is there some actual problem which you
are trying to solve?  What did you do?  What happened when you did it?
