A less useless problem description might help. The non-psychics in your audience can't see your equipment, how it's connected, what you're doing, or what happens when you do it.

Is that device involved in some way? What are your devices? (Firmware versions?) How are they connected? (Hint: If a device has multiple Ethernet ports, then "connected to device" is not enough detail.)
What are you trying to do? Is there some actual problem which you are trying to solve? What did you do? What happened when you did it?
