I have a wnr2000v4. I recieved an email for firmwear update for this particular router, but when I log in the only product that shows up is on from about 7 years ago. The router seems to be working fine. should I update? just wanted to make sure the email wasn't som kind of scam.
The email is legit. There have been reports that some users are getting blinking power light on the router. To prevent this from happening, Netgear has sent that firmware update.
