Actually, I do have an issue; but because my firmware question was answered I moved on. However, the additional problem I had was and still is that I cant log into my Admin account/ Genie or whatever that window is called. Before now, I could log into that account( Admin) by using routerlogin.net; but lately even though I use that URL, it only allows me to login with my email address/username. It does not give me the Admin login window at all. So I'm unable to access my router info or make any Advance changes I want to. 

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Try using its ip address and not the routerlogin option

Whatever that window is could be important.

How are trying to logon? Wired? Wifi? Browser? Mobile App? Desktop program?

That's not normal. If it asks for an email address you need to work out why.

But there are lots of different login options. (See above.)
