netgear.com says I'm not connected to my wifi N600 router but I am so I cannot change my password

I logged on to netgear.com trying to use the wizard to change my wireless router password on my N600 dual band router. The website is telling me I am not connected to my Wi-Fi and I need to be connected but I am connected so now I'm stuck I can't get to the website to change my password like I want to I am using my phone to do this but my phone shows that I am connected to my wireless network at home and I am at home so I don't understand what the problem is

locate default gateway IP

 

use that IP and see if that works

 

What's your modem model number and if applicable what mode is it in?
