Hi team, After upgradation of firmware I was unable to accessing access control options we are trying to implementing mac filtering in our office. when I'm resetting devices to default configuration then only I'm accessing access control options for mac filtering. I tried to downgrade the firmware no (r6200 model). after firmware downgrade to "R6220_V1.1.0.100_1.0.1" also we facing same issue we are unable to configuring mac filtering. Pls kindly help with this issue

Do you mean that the "Turn on Access Control" button does not work?
You screenshot shows it is there.

Sadly, that gets us no further.
