r6200v2 connection drop

hi guys ive  had this router for a few years latly my online gameing and android signal drops its fine on my laptop firmwear is up to date not shure what else to do it drops then reconnects

Right now it's working fine witch is the first time in weeks. My firm wear says it's up to date

Firmware Version
V1.0.3.12_10.1.11

I'm on channel 10 witch is empty
