r6250 and Wired Desktop Connection
Firstly, my technical knowledge is limited and I'm posting here in the hopes of finding direction for a fix.
I upgraded the house to an r6250 about a month ago from an old (5+ yrs old) single-band router. Wireless has been working great on both bands, however we seem to be having issues with the desktops; both are wired into the back of the router. While gaming we're noticing increased lag-spikes, slowdowns and disconnects over our previous router. I have no idea where to start looking to troubleshoot.
Can anyone offer direction on where to start troubleshooting?
Thanks.
