synology ds213 with dgn3500

i tried through port forward says cant be done. was wondering if anyone could help me setup a synology nas ds213 with the dgn3500

its a ds213 with 2x3tb drives and a dgn3500 i am looking to remote acess and a secure https and sftp so that i can transfer files securely with friends and families.

Using predefined http, https with private ip in the forwarding rule?
