Three conversations with NetGear have been unable to get readyshare to see my WD external drive when plugged into either USB port on the Nighthawk R7000P router. Back in 2015 this question was asked but not answered. Should the current functioning of my router support exFAT or should I reformat the drive? Manual doesn't list exFAT as supported. I thought I'd ask before reformatting.

Thanks. I just wondered why Netgear support wasn't aware of this.
