Have had this router for two years with no problem. Now for the past two weeks, every morning there is no internet connectivity. Every morning I turned modem off then on. Cable company replaced modem yesterday. Thought problem would be solved. This morning again no internet. This morning I unplugged router and then plugged it back in....that solved issue and internet came back. I don’t want to have to do that each time obviously. netgear support tells me it must be reconfigured to new modem. I do have the manual for the router but don’t see directions for reconfiguration. Please can someone help?

Re: Connecivity Issues with router WNDR4500v2
Hi @Joanne5,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Does the Internet drop for all your wired and wireless devices?
3. Have you tried bypassing the router and checking if the connection straight from your ISP's modem is stable?
4. Have you tried resetting the router?

Dexter

Re: Connecivity Issues with router WNDR4500v2
THank you dexter. When it happens, it affects all devices in the house. Frequency now is less often than it was. It happened one time since I started this thread. How do I reset the router in case I want to do that?
