Maybe nothing. How fast is your ISP providing data to you? How are the other computers connected and configured? How many devices are accessing the Internet at the same time?

spec don't add up

3Mbps download then should be 750Kbps (.750Mbps)

there is not way to control the bandwidth when one is sucking up the bandwidth.

if you are using torrent type of app then you could adjust the download speed to cap out in smaller.

My mistake is 0.73mbps upload

I download "free download manager" yesterday and i been using tha to control my download speeds .would up gradeing to a highend router give me the options to give each host a certain amount of bandwith?
