I was giving NetGear the benefit of the doubt but with no response to my request with support, it is time to move on.  It is time to shop for a new router, one where the company actually gives technical support for their products and it looks like NetGear is not the company.  Really disappointed!!!!

What was your solution? I've have no luck getting Netgear USB control center to install and successfully run.

THe beta version of USB Control Centre.  I put a request in with support and ElaineM expedited the request.
