RBR50 stopped working this morning

RBR50 and RBS50

This morning I got up and immediately noticed the purple light flashing on my satilite.  I checked my computer and had no network connection to orbi RBR50.  After trying everything I could think of, I finally did a factory re-boot(put small pin into hole for over 10 seconds and solid orange light turned to blinking.)  Check computer and now, I see orbi41 listed in dropdown of all networks available.  But now, it says password is incorrect.  Before you suggest this, I have already tried several times the default password, "password".  Still same thing.  Keeps saying password incorrect.  I have tried the password I set up before, does not work either.  Tried factory re-boot several times now, with no luck. I can NOT get pass the point where I see the orbi41 in the dropdown list of networks, but when I select it, it constantly ask for a password and will NOT take anything I put into it.   I can not reach the login in page of the router using a browser either.  PLEASE, PLEASE help.   Very frustrated!!!

   That's a settings "reset", not a simple "re-boot".

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Types of
Logins" and "Factory Settings".  "password" is not the default
password/passphrase for a wireless network connection.

Think for a moment about how little useful information that
non-description conveys to the non-psychics in your audience.
